Vinyasa Yoga Fusion: Vinyasa, the linking of body movement with breath, opens the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice in a mindful and loving way. Focused on alignment and safety, we start with a gentle warm up, flow through Sun Salutations, standing sequences, balancing asana (poses) and finish with seated and restorative asana. Each class varies to keep our practice fresh, while allowing ourselves to be mindful and open to change. Vinyasa Yoga Fusion is a great way to challenge yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. All levels are welcome!! Modifications are offered throughout class.
