Change of routine is AMAZING!!! Sometimes I seem to forget this and forget the importance of it :) Thanks to all the lovely beautes of the Koots I got to see in previous classes, this Tuesday class, and the ones to come! This fall I found myself finding a comfortable and pleasant routine of life. I felt good during this 'routine' and noticed I was starting to get into one of my funks (funk: blah feeling) which doesn't allow me to feel as 'good' as I know I could be. This past weekend I had the opportunity to go to Edmonton and Kelowna. I had a fabulous time exploring these beautiful places, visit with family and friends, do yoga with inspiring people, and then come home to my 'groove' back in the Koots. I can't believe how fresh I feel by just switching my regular 'routine' and groove of life. I noticed as the fall weather starts to shift, 'routine' starts to become a 'routine' and space for new is hard to creep in. I need 'new' as it fills me with excitement and joy which allows me to be ready and excited to keep going :)
I want to say a huge thank you to all the folks who continue to show their beautiful faces each class and to the ones I pass by or think of. When we are able to get together, share each other's energy, and embrace the 'new' with excitement...we can grow in a loving environment. Thank you for sharing your energy with me in classes, through conversations, and smiles.
As Christmas is approaching and wishes are brewing, "I wish that you allow yourself the chance to let go, shed the old, and continue to embrace the new...again and again and again :)"
namaste my friends...
